UPOWA shortlisted for Housebuilder Awards 2026
Award recognition: UPOWA has been shortlisted for Subcontractor/Service Provider of the Year at the Housebuilder Awards 2026, alongside leading businesses from across the UK housebuilding industry.
Future Homes Standard delivery: The award submission highlights UPOWA’s approach to helping housebuilders prepare for the 2027 Future Homes Standard through expert renewable energy design, seamless installation and market-leading customer support.
Industry recognition: The shortlisting recognises UPOWA’s continued focus on quality, innovation and reliable delivery, alongside the dedicated team and trusted customer and supply chain partnerships behind its growth.
UPOWA has been named a finalist for Subcontractor/Service Provider of the Year at the Housebuilder Awards 2026, recognising the business’s role in helping housebuilders prepare for the Future Homes Standard.
The shortlist, announced by Housebuilder Media on 1 July, recognises businesses demonstrating excellence, innovation and impact across the UK housebuilding industry. UPOWA has been selected alongside six other finalists in the category, following a highly competitive year with a record number of entries.
UPOWA’s award submission, “Future Homes Standard Delivery – Powered by UPOWA”, focused on how the business is supporting housebuilders through the transition towards the Future Homes Standard, combining expert renewable energy design, seamless installation and market-leading customer support to help deliver compliant, high-quality homes at scale.
The recognition reflects the growing importance of reliable specialist partners as housebuilders prepare for the introduction of the Future Homes Standard in 2027, and UPOWA’s continued focus on delivering the expertise, quality and service its housebuilding partners need.
