Emma Ellis promoted to Head of Coordination
UPOWA is proud to announce that Emma Ellis has been promoted from Office Manager to Head of Coordination.
In this new role, Emma will enable each department, from Design, Sales and Operations through to Aftercare and Accounts, to work together seamlessly so that the operational systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently. She will also make it easier for the Operations Team to forecast jobs and resource labour more accurately and effectively.
With Emma overseeing the coordination of contracts, UPOWA will be perfectly positioned to deliver a high-quality service as demand increases from housebuilders and developers for its sustainable technology solutions.
Emma started her career at UPOWA in 2016 as an Office Apprentice and gained the essential experience to build and strengthen her professional knowledge and skills. By 2018, Emma was promoted to Company Receptionist and Executive PA to Directors.
In 2021, hungry to advance her organisational and coordination skills and knowledge of sustainable technologies, Emma joined UPOWA’s fast-paced Operations Team. There she was responsible for implementing new processes to help transform the handover process and raise customer service standards.
Emma became UPOWA’s Office Manager in 2022 and improved the daily operations of the office and enhanced company processes and procedures. Emma excelled in this role which made her the perfect candidate to become UPOWA’s Head of Coordination.
