Future-proofing Bewley Homes’ developments with solar panels
Under the revised Part L of the Building Regulations, all new build properties built by Bewley Homes must produce 31% less carbon emissions.
With solar panels being one of Bewley Homes’ solutions to meeting Part L, UPOWA will deliver a seamless process from design through to handover. Under the new Part S of the Building Regulations, all new build properties in England must have a 7kW smart EV charger fitted for every residence with a parking space.
